Kenichi Shimizu (Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher, Parasyte -the maxim-) helms the TMS ENTERTAINMENT × MADHOUSE production with Masahiro Yokotani (Sergeant Frog, Maria Holic, Free!) writing series composition, Shingo Irie (Kuroko's Basketball, Log Horizon) joining them on scenario and Masanori Shino (Gungrave, Black Lagoon) on character design.
