The official website of the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Matcha Hazuki's Isshukan Friends./One Week Friends manga today updated with a new teaser poster visual featuring the two main cast, and also confirmed its February 18, 2017 release in Japan. The tagline is written as "I'm falling in love with you who can keep your memory only for seven days." A teaser trailer is scheduled to be screened at Japanese theaters from August 6.
As previously reported, 21-year-old fashion model/actress Haruna Kawaguchi (Haruhi Fujioka in the Ouran High School Host Club TV drama) is cast as the main heroine Kaori Fujimiya who loses her memories concerning friends every week. And 21-year-old Kento Yamazaki (Your Lie in April, Wolf Girl and Black Prince) plays Yuuki Hase, who is trying to be Kaori's friend every week from the beginning. It is also newly confirmed that Sairi Ito, Keisuke Okada, and Ryo Iwase have joined the cast.
