On August 20, the Tokyo Extra Notes website posted details on volunteer extras who can join the shooting of the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Tite Kubo's Bleach action manga and set up a form for applications. The film will be shooting in the suburbs of the Kanto region (including Tokyo, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa) from mid-September to mid-November of this year.
Men, women and children of all ages are welcomed to register. No mention of ethnicities, but "abroad" is included in the list of the current residing locations, so you can entry even if you are living outside of Japan now. While there will be no performance fee and travel expenses paid, all the volunteers will receive a special original good. If you are interested in being a part of the highly-anticipated film, send your contact info (cellphone and email) via this form.
