Pop in Q, an upcoming theatrical anime film with direction by Naoki Miyahara and animation by Toei Animation, has released several new pieces of key art.
In addition to the teaser poster (above), there are 4 new images (below) depicting the main characters interacting with the Poppin Tribe of the Valley of Time. The artwork also shows one of the girls and examining one of the "Pieces of Time", mysterious fragments that prove crucial to the girls' quest.
The story of Pop in Q focuses on five girls who are facing the difficult transitions of adolescence as they graduate from middle school to high school. Their troubles are further compounded by a quest to save a magical world using the power of music and dance.
Pop in Q hits Japanese theaters in January of 2017.
