It is officially confirmed today that a stage play adaptation of the Jigoku Shoujo/Hell Girl anime series will be performed at the CBGK Shibugeki! theater in Tokyo from November 9 to 13. No other details including its cast has been provided. Advance sales of the tickets will be available on the online ticket service Confetti from September 26 to October 2.
The horror anime was aired for three seasons in 2005-2006, 2006-2007, and 2008-2009, 26 episodes were produced by Studio Deen for each season. It has been adapted into manga, live-action TV drama, light novels, video games, and pachinko machines.
