"Jump" Shuffles Lineup With New Series In, "Takuan and Batsu" Out - Plus New One-Shot By "Nisekoi" Author Titled

An early look at next week's issue 44 has revealed that turnover has returned to Shonen Jump. Kentarou Itani's ecchi supernatural series, sampled in the English version under the title Takuan and Batsu's Daily Demon Diary, wraps up in that issue. Then, the manga magazine will be introducing Ibitsu no Amalgam by Ishiyama Ryou (Mitsukubi Condor) in issue 45 and Spring Weapon Number One by Hasegawa Tomohiro (Koi no Cupid Yakenohara Jin) in issue 46.

Both will be featured on the cover and presented with a lead color page.

Mitsukubi Condor ran three volumes from 2014:

Its premise was described

Many years ago, an evil witch ruled the continent, and she had many magical treasures. Now the land is ruled by a king, but the witch's treasures remain. A young amateur thief named Sue is determined to sneak into the nearby ruins and steal treasure to help her poor village. On her way, she runs into one of the 3 legendary thieves, Marshmellow, who is obsessed with beauty. He isn't quite as suave as she'd expected, but he seems to have the same eyes as the ancient witch. After their first adventure together, Sue joins him on his journey to collect all the witch's treasures. He claims he is only interested in their beauty, but what will happen if he actually recovers them all?

Koi no Cupid Yakenohara Jin ran 3 volumes from 2013.

Its premise was described

Yakenohara Jin was a force of destruction in the war of a magical realm, and he became the demon king. However, he soon decided that his path was in a different direction; he wanted to go to the human world and act as a love cupid! After all, who wouldn't want to confide their troubles in love with a huge, violent demon creature? Jin's first case is that of teen Yoshimaru and the girl he likes, Hanai Yuriko.

Also in Jump doings, there's a title and look at the one-shot from Nisekoi author Naoshi Komi. "Toki Doki" will run 50 pages in issue 4 of Jump Giga, out October 20th, presented along with work from Taishi Tsutsui, author of the ending Magical Pâtissière Kosaki-chan and bonus collection of Nisekoi illustrations and production material.
