TMS Entertainment today posted a 30-second new PV for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Naoki Shigeno's four-panel historical comedy manga Nobunaga no Shinobi (Nobunaga's Ninja) narrated by Inori Minase as the protagonist female ninja girl Chidori, explaining the main plot of the story. The TV anime is set to premiere on Tokyo MX on October 4.

The manga has been serialized in Hakusensha's biweekly manga magazine Young Animal since 2008,
and the latest 10th tankobon volume will be released tomorrow in Japan. The story centers on the
protagonist Chidori who serves for Nobunaga Oda, one of the most powerful daimyo in the the late
Sengoku period of Japan, telling his attempt to unify Japan. Chidori believes he is the one who can
abolish all wars in the troubled times.
Akitaro Daichi (Kodomo no Omocha, Kamisama Kiss) is attached to direct the adaptation, alongside
character designer Junko Yamanaka (SERVAMP, ReLIFE). The anime's official website has also streamed
the "episode 0" video, but it is region-locked for some countries, including the US.
