Ahead of this week's episode One Piece episode 755, "Garchu! The Straw Hat Crew Reunite," the series has introduced the mink Mokomo Dukedom's "Ruler of Day," Dogstorm (aka Inuarashi). 63 year-old voice actor (Fist of the North Stars Toki and Amiba) will voice the role.
