It seems Square Enix's upcoming SaGa: Scarlet Grace is suffering some heinous load times as seen in the Tokyo Game Show 2016 demo, and Square Enix is hard at work to take care of that issue. This comes in response to fan feedback to the demo, which mainly pointed out the ridiculously long times.
Creator Akitoshi Kawazu took to Twitter to address the situation:
"Regarding the Tokyo Game Show live play footage of SaGa: Scarlet Grace, thank you for sending us your many voices. I understand where everyone’s thoughts and passion are coming from very well. Particularly in regards to increasing the speed, which we’re right now we’re in the midst of tackling. For the Tokyo Game Show version, the highest priority was stability. We’re working to increase the speed while still ensuring stability."
The game is scheduled to make a December 15th debut in Japan for PS Vita, so hopefully when it finally does we'll see a big reduction in wait times.
