It looks the latest Gintama announcement might be a bit anticlimactic after the series announced that the manga is wrapping up, announced that there's a live-action movie in the works and announced that the anime is returning. An early look at next week's issue of Shonen Jump has revealed that the teased big, new announcement concerns an exhibit at the Akihabra Urban Development X (UDX) shopping/entertainment/event space complex this December.

For those Gintama fans breathing a sigh of relief about the exhibition news. What if it's also happening in December to tie to an end date.

The isssue's announcement for Isobe Isobee Monogatari: Ukiyo wa Tsurai yo, a very-Japanese comedy series that follows the non-adventures of a slacker samurai, told in wood block style, concerns a collaboration with Yasutaka Nakamura.
