Nitroplus and DMM's famous-swords-as-cute-boys game Touken Ranbu is being adapted into a 2017 Ufotable series and a fall 2016 Hanamaru series. Hanamaru is going to be the goofier of these, with the cast staying in their casual clothes and joking through the passing seasons (each episode represents a month, starting with the first's January). Yet, it seems to be very well received in Japan, with each official Tweet getting thousands of RTs. And, episode four's new introductions were definitely embraced enthusiastically.
