Someone Broke The "Super Mario Bros. World Record With One Frame

Speed-runner Kosmic has beaten the world record for Super Mario Bros. speed-runs by one singular, teeny-tiny little frame. As insignificant as that may sound at first blush, it's actually incredibly impressive.

 

Kosmic beat the previous record held by Darbian of 4:57.244, clocking in at 4:57.227, which equates to a difference of .017 second, or one frame.
