The official website for the TV anime adaptation project based on Wataru Watanabe's road bicycle racing-themed sport manga Yowamushi Pedal today announced the premiere day on TV Tokyo for the upcoming TV anime third season Yowamushi Pedal: New Generation is set for January 9, 2017. It will be aired every Monday at 25:35, the same time slot with the previous two seasons.
The first season of the TMS Entertainment-produced TV anime was aired for 38 episodes from October 2013 to June 2014, and the second season Grande Road followed with 24 episodes from October 2014 to March 2015. Then a feature film telling the original story written by the manga author was released in August 2015.
