This fall, Anime!Anime! brought back their "sequel worthy" anime poll (last year's aggregate, male and female results) and saw more fans crowd in as the number of responses grew over last year to 13,938. Consistent with the previous year, respondents were asked to pick up to three anime titles that need a new season out of a list of 30 potential picks. And, consistent with last year, about 80% of the responses were from female fans (50% in their teens and 20s, 20% in their 30s).
With new TV series or movies for Natsume's Book of Friends, No Game No Life, and Sword Art Online were out of running, but the hot new series of 2016 still had a hard fight against the returning favorites from last year's poll.
