We're late, we're late, for a very important date: Japan is going to journey down the rabbit hole in 2017 with a TV anime adaptation based on Alice to Zouroku ("Alice and Zouroku"), a "flower-filled fantasy" seinen manga with fantastical elements.
In Alice to Zouroku, many children were trapped in a secret laboratory study entitled "Alice's Dream", with the intent of making wishes come true. A girl named Sana manifests a power called "The Red Queen" which allows her to alter reality at will and escapes from the lab, only to befriend a cranky flower-shop owner named Zouroku Kashimura.
The original Alice to Zouroku manga is serialized in Tokuma Shoten's Monthly Comic Ryū seinen manga magazine. No further details about the TV anime adaptation - such as the cast, crew, and release date - have yet been published, although an official website is now available online.
