Nitro+'s Super Sonico (specifically tied to the SoniAni anime) is ready to hold your drinking draw, though she looks a bit embarressed to be doing it. Genco's Super Sonico Holstein Bikini de Straw Figure is now on sale at 12,960yen for the 1/7 scale scale figure that measures 25cm with included parasol. Release is scheduled for March 2017.
Caveats include that it's best with a 5 to 6mm diameter straw (not included), and Sonico doesn't like thing too hot, so don't put her on a heated drink and definitely don't stick her in the microwave.
