Japanese figure company Kotobukiya has announced that it will participate in the "GaruPan Hobby Show" in the 20th Oarai Ankou Matsuri (Oarai Anglerfish Festival) to be held at Oarai-cho, Ibaraki Prefecture, where the story of the Girls und Panzer anime series has taken place, on November 13.
The event to promote the region's principal product, ankou/anglerfish, has been held since 1998, and the anime has been featured every year since 2012 when the TV anime started airing in Japan. The five main voice cast and director Tsutomu Mizushima are again scheduled to join a talk show at 11:30.

Kotobukiya will hold a pre-sale of its two new Cu-poche figures of Miho Nishizumi and Yukari Akiyama
wearing the ankou suit for the Ankou Odori (Dance), introduced for the first time in the TV anime's
4th episode. Pre-orders for general customers will begin on the next day of the event, November 14,
and the two-figure set will be released only at Kotobukiya's official stores in April 2017.
