Smartphone physics/RPG/strategy game Monster Strike is going big with its Yu Yu Hakusho collaboration. By "big" we mean a huge photo-booth inspired by fan-favorite antagonist Younger Toguro from the Yoshihiro Togashi manga. November 11-13 at Laforet Harajuku, then 14-16 at Shibuya MODI, visitors to the trendy Tokyo spots can pose for photos, playing the part of the Elder brother on the Younger's burly shoulders.
To get into character, paper sunglasses inspired by the shades worn by the character will be distributed at the venues. A social media campaign building the baddie's power level will reward photo-posters with game cards. And, for fans who can't get to the booth physically, they can virtually with an AR offering that buts the glasses and the Elder Toguro into photos.
