Following the teaser visual released last Friday, the official website for the upcoming all-new film Kuroko's Basketball: Last Game today posted a 15-second "super" teaser trailer. The clip quickly introduces the seven main characters in the film, though having no actual anime footage. It is also attached in the end of the currently-showing first part of the three-part compilation film based on the TV anime's Winter Cup arc, "Kage to Hikari" (Shadow and Light)."
Last Game is based on the manga's sequel series Kuroko's Basketball Extra Game. To make the film as
the manga story's "Perfect Edition," the original manga creator Tadatoshi Fujimaki provides an original
episode for the film, which was not told in the manga. He also serves as the supervisor for the film.
Shochiku will distribute it in the spring of 2017.
