The official Youtube channel for Kadokawa Anime has released a EDM-tastic new trailer for Record of Grancrest War, an upcoming anime adaptation based on the series of fantasy light novels written by Ryo Mizuno and illustrated by Miyū.
The original Record of Grancrest War novels are published by Fujimi Shobo (a division of Kadokawa) under their Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint. To date 7 novels have been published for the series, with the 8th volume hitting Japanese bookstores on November 19, 2016.
The story of Record of Grancrest War follows Teo, a knight, and Shiruka, a magician, as they seek the emperor's holy seal (the titular "Grancrest") in an effort to bring peace to their war-torn land.
