A 2017 TV anime adaptation is in the works for "Frame Arms Girl", a line of customizable model kits released by Kotobukiya which transform the "Frame Arms" robot toys into cute anime girls with original character designs by Humikane Shimada and mechanical designs by Takayuki Yanase.
No production details (such as the cast, the staff, and the release date) have currently been published, although Kotobukiya's official Youtube channel has published the teaser video above.
Additionally, a new manga adaptation entitled Frame Arms Girl: Lab Days with illustrations by Tsuneo Tsuneishi, story by Kotobukiya, and editorial supervision by Deko Akao will begin serialization in Kadokawa's Monthly Comp Ace magazine beginning with the February issue that will be published in Japan on December 26, 2016.
