Sony Music Artists announced on November 25 that 20-year-old anime voice actress Inori Minase cancelled her appearances at the upcoming events till the end of the next month due to murder threats which are believed to be sent from Taiwan via the internet.
She is best known as Chino in Is the Order a Rabbit? and Hestia in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?. Her third single as a solo singer, "Starry Wish" (ViVid Strike! ED) was released from King Records on November 9, and she was scheduled to appear the promotional events for the single across Japan and in Taiwan from this weekend.
Minori posted her comment as below:
"I feel sad and regretful because I can't meet my fans. I am really sorry. I promise that I will make another opportunities, so please understand the situation. I appreciate your continued support."
