The PlayStation Vita release Gal Gun: Double Peace has done quite well for itself, having sold over 100,000 units worldwide, according to developer Inti Creates.
A recent blog post from producer and localization director Matt Papa has the details, such as how the game was given a chance to perform well in the West. Fans were rabid to see the game given a localization effort, and Matt Papa's pitches were eventually greenlit.
The game first launched on August 2 for North American audiences, so it's awesome to see how many games have sold thus far. Hopefully this means more from the series coming soon!
