This week, Weekly Young Jump, a seinen manga magazine published by Shueisha, launched a countdown to the announcement of a new anime project. Most fans familiar with the magazine assumed that http://kda-anime.com/, with its soap bubble motif, was leading to news about Taku Sakamoto's Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun ("Cleanliness Boy! Aoyama-kun"). Now, an early look has confirmed that that's exactly the plan.
Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun is a comedy about a handsome young man who is a genius soccer player, but whose obsessive dedication to maintaining a fastidious appearance interferes with the game. The manga itself will also be resuming its run.
