For their twentieth anniversary, web host Sakura Internet is creating a story about rebirth, change, and challenge -- and the first episode is already available for you to see.
Sakura Internet Rebirth is a 4-episode ONA focused on themes of change and challenge. Freelancer Kohei Tono, office lady Saori Hamada, and graphic designer Ginji realize that they're not content in their current jobs, and break free to pursue their dreams -- as a musician, a photographer, and an artist, respectively.
Tatsuhisa Suzuki (Makoto Tachibana, Free!) voices Kohei, Inori Minase (Rem, Re:ZERO) voices Saori, and Shintaro Asanuma (Nishiki Nishio, Tokyo Ghoul) voices Ginji.
The miniseries is being created by White Fox, with Atsushi Ikariya (Ouran High School Host Club, Code Geass) directing and Yuichiro Momose (Minori Scramble!) behind the original concept. Osaka-based rock band LEGO BIG MORL provides the theme song, "One more time."
Further episodes will be streaming on the project's official site and SAKURA INTERNET's YouTube channel.
